Address to Impress takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how Address to Impress.com and Address to Impress, LLC handles personally identifiable information collected from users who register for services and submit information to Address to Impress through the Internet. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Address to Impress, LLC include www.addresstoimpress.com and Address to Impress. By using our website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Product Purchase Policies

Product Color. Different monitors display colors differently. A large amount of distracting color on or next to your monitor can cause your eyes to see color on the screen differently as well. The printed product may be a different shade, tint of color, or darker or lighter than what you see on the sample and the proof. If you have a question about color, just ask us!

Shipping. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Payment Options. Orders may be placed over the Internet using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover on our Secure Server.

Canceling An Order. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel the order, call Address to Impress at 662.298.5100 or email at contactus@addresstoimpress.com. When you email us, please include your order # in the subject line. Address to Impress strives to serve it’s customers to the best of our abilities, but please note the statements mentioned below that apply to ALL orders placed on our website:

  • Orders may not be cancelled by fax or mail.
  • If your order has been processed and printed but not shipped, only shipping costs may be refunded.
  • If your order has not been processed, a customer service representative will cancel your order and your credit card will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Returning an order. Because all orders are custom printed, we do not allow returns for refund. If there is an error in your personalization caused by us, you order will be reprinted at no charge to you. If personalization is submitted with errors, we will not correct and reprint for free. Contact us to see what we might be able to do.

Postage. Your stationery should be weighed for postage before mailing. When items are added to the envelopes, the weight can increase. Our cards are 6x9 in size and require a standard First Class Mail stamp, which is currently $0.44.

Envelope Ordering. All invitations, stationery and photo cards include envelopes except where noted. You also have the option of ordering additional envelopes on the shopping cart page.

Pre-Order Envelopes. Pre-Ordering envelopes is an option for orders of 300 or more invitations, stationery or photo cards. Please email us at contactus@addresstoimpress.com or call 662.298.5100 for the additional cost.

Pricing. Although we hope this never happens, it is possible a price on the website may be incorrect. In this case, we will notify you of the price discrepancy and give you the option of not purchasing your product.

Printed Photograph Orders

General Photo Information

  • If you are using a photo taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission. Please email us the written consent of the author (photographer) to contactus@addresstoimpress.com, including the Copyright Owner's name, address, and signature. This will certify that the author consents and authorizes Address to Impress and any of its printers to reproduce the work, the author will indemnify, defend and hold Address to Impress, LLC and any of its printers harmless from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction of the work.
  • If you are unable to upload your digital photo when placing your order, please email your photo to contactus@addresstoimpress.com with your order number in the subject line.

Uploading a Digital Camera Photo

  • Upload your photo directly from your digital camera without cropping or editing. You will be able to crop your photo when personalizing your invitation or photo card.
  • Your photo must be a high resolution to print clearly. High resolution photos are 300 DPI or larger. Photos uploaded to Facebook, Flickr and other photo sharing websites may not print clearly. These websites often convert your photos to a lower resolution so they display faster.
  • Photos taken on a cell phone may or may not be a high enough resolution to print clearly.

Scanning Printed Photos

  • Scan your photo at 300 DPI or higher, scaled at 100%. Most scanners are set at a default 150 DPI. Please be sure to change your scanner settings to at least 300 DPI.
  • Save images as .jpg files at the highest quality setting.
  • Your photo must be a high resolution to print clearly. High resolution photos are 300 DPI or larger.

All content on the Address to Impress website such as images, designs, logos, text, is the property of Address to Impress, LLC and protected by United States and International copyright laws.

Information Sharing and Disclosure (Privacy)
Protecting personally identifiable information about customers and consumers is important to us. Address to Impress does not share, sell, rent or trade its customer lists to third parties. We share and disclose such information only as described below.

Address to Impress.com will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: 1) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; 2) we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Address to Impress to provide a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide them beyond what is necessary to assist us).

Personally identifiable consumer information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Address to Impress.com to receive payment.

We also may release personally identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Customer Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Address to Impress, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction.

In the unlikely event that Address to Impress is acquired, customer account information may be one of the transferred assets. You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Information Collection and Use
Address to Impress collects personally identifiable information when you register for an Address to Impress.com account on our ecommerce site. Address to Impress.com may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners. When you register with Address to Impress.com, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address), as well as certain information pertaining to your billing information such as a credit card number.

The personally identifiable information may include, for example, the amount of the transaction, the consumer's name/business, credit card number and expiration date, billing address and shipping address.

Address to Impress.com uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain products and services. We may also send customers service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials and new products from Address to Impress and its affiliates. Log Files

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. Address to Impress.com uses cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on Address to Impress.com.
